92 cents of every dollar donated directly supports our children.
Monetary Gifts
As a 501c(3) charitable organization, 100% of our budget is based on donations and the generous support of our community partners. All private donations are tax deductible. We choose to spend money on supporting our residents, not fundraising or marketing, so every gift is appreciated.

With your help and generosity, we hope to reach our goal of forever-sustainability where we no longer need to rely on constant fundraising and volatile political environments.

Our Endowment
The Evans Home has a small but growing Endowment Fund which will one day serve to safeguard the future of our special children. We welcome gifts for this account and are always in search of ways of enhancing the fund. If you are interested in making a contribution to the Endowment Fund, please call us at 540-662-8520.

There are many ways to make a financial gift, and all are highly appreciated.
Make a Planned Gift
There can be no greater gift than to bequeath a secure future to children who have suffered as intensely as The Evans Home children have. An anonymous writer stated in 1853, “may our charity be as boundless as the wants of our fellow creatures.” Bequests offer an enduring contribution to the family of humanity that outlasts an individual’s lifetime. Financial security for The Evans Home will ensure the perpetual care, protection and healing for children who desperately need and deserve it. Your generosity can translate the richness of your life into the chance of a lifetime for a child.
Please call us at 540-662-8520 and speak to Amy Rice, our Executive Director or sign up online for the Change a Child's Life Club to make a monthly contribution to the Home.

Donations of Goods
Although monetary funds are the most helpful, we also greatly appreciate material donations, especially food and household items.
If you would like to donate items, please contact Evans Home at 540.662.8520 and leave your donations on the bench next to the “house side” blue door.

We greatly appreciate your generosity and thank you for your support!
